You will be part of a high-performing insights team that operates as an internal research agency, delivering end-to-end projects that place the customer at the centre of business decision-making.

About The Role

You will support the delivery of global customer and market research programmes, helping the business better understand customer needs, and product performance. Working as part of an in-house insights team, you will contribute to the design, execution, and analysis of research projects, and help translate data into clear, actionable insights.

This role offers the opportunity to develop core research and analytical skills within a large, forward-thinking organisation, with a clear pathway to progression into more senior research roles.

Accountabilities

  • Support the delivery of customer feedback programmes (NPS tracking), developing a strong understanding of ongoing research initiatives.
  • Contribute to the design and execution of research projects, including questionnaire development, survey scripting, analysis and reporting.
  • Analyse data from multiple sources to identify trends, patterns, and insights.
  • Prepare clear and concise reports, ensuring findings are communicated effectively and include actionable recommendations. Track prior actions.
  • Assist in the production of regular reporting (e.g. dashboards, quarterly updates) to track business performance.
  • Support one-off and annual research studies to deepen understanding of customers and the market.
  • Contribute to process improvements, including opportunities to automate workflows (e.g. sampling, reporting).
  • Collaborate effectively with team members to deliver projects on time and to a high standard.
  • Provide regular updates on project progress to senior colleagues.

Qualifications

Required:

  • Bachelors Degree holder
  • Experience or knowledge of research methodology, particularly quantitative research. Research experience can be in any field (market research, customer experience, academic research, medical/experimental).
  • Strong numerical and analytical skills, with attention to detail
  • Ability to work with large datasets and identify meaningful insights
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills in English
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines
  • Collaborative and proactive approach to teamwork
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
  • Ability to quickly learn and apply enterprise AI tools and technologies to support technical workflows and business objectives.

Desirable

  • Familiarity with research tools or programming languages (e.g. SPSS, R, Forsta)
  • Understanding of databases or data manipulation techniques
  • Statistical knowledge
  • Market research qualifications
  • Presentation skills in English
  • Interest in science, healthcare, or data-driven industries
