The Client

We specialize in providing bookkeeping and financial support services to clients in the

restaurant industry. Our team is committed to delivering timely, accurate financial

reporting while maintaining clear and professional communication with clients. We are

looking for motivated, detail-oriented individuals with strong bookkeeping experience and

excellent customer service skills.

Position Overview

As a Bookkeeper, you will be responsible for maintaining accurate and up-to-date financial

records, reconciling accounts, preparing financial reports, and managing accounts

payable tasks. This role also requires consistent and professional communication with

clients to ensure a high level of service and support.

Qualifications

• Proven bookkeeping experience, specifically using QuickBooks Online (required).
• Solid understanding of basic accounting principles and bookkeeping practices.
• Experience reconciling bank and credit card statements.
• Strong attention to detail with a high level of accuracy.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks independently and meet deadlines.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets.
• Experience handling client communications through email and CRM platforms such
  
  

as Freshdesk is an advantage.

Work Setup & Schedule

• Home-based / Remote work setup
• Night shift schedule: 1:00 AM - 10:00 AM PHT
• Sign-on bonus equivalent to 50% of the basic salary
