Job Description

The Senior Assistant Brand Manager plays a crucial role in developing, implementing, and evaluating brand marketing strategies to strengthen and grow the brand. This position requires an individual with a strong marketing background, creative thinking, and excellent communication skills. The successful candidate will work closely with cross-functional teams to support brand growth initiatives, manage brand communications, and conduct market analysis. Understanding consumer behavior, market trends, and the competitive landscape will be essential to drive effective brand strategies. The Senior Assistant Brand Manager will also support the Brand Manager in executing campaigns and ensuring alignment with the brand’s core values and strategic goals.


Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with the Brand Manager to devise comprehensive brand marketing plans.
  • Assist in the development and execution of marketing campaigns and promotions.
  • Analyze market trends to identify potential opportunities and challenges.
  • Conduct competitive analysis to benchmark brand performance and generate insights.
  • Coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure alignment on brand initiatives and goals.
  • Monitor brand equity measures and consumer analysis to inform marketing strategies.
  • Support the management of brand budgets, ensuring cost-effective marketing spend.
  • Collaborate with creative teams to produce content that aligns with brand messaging.
  • Prepare reports and presentations to communicate brand performance to stakeholders.
  • Ensure brand consistency across all marketing channels and customer touchpoints.
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of new product launches.
  • Provide insights and recommendations for continuous brand growth and improvement.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in brand management or marketing roles.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data sets.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills are essential.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects and meet tight deadlines.
  • Thorough understanding of consumer behavior and current market trends.
  • Proficiency in marketing software and tools such as Google Analytics.
