Job Description

As a Senior Account Manager, you will play a pivotal role in managing and nurturing relationships with our key clients. Your primary responsibility will be to ensure client satisfaction and retention by overseeing the delivery of quality services. By understanding their needs and objectives, you will strategize to provide solutions, assisting clients in achieving their goals. You will also be responsible for cross-selling and upselling our services, ensuring that our offerings align with client expectations. With excellent communication skills and strong business acumen, you will act as the liaison between clients and internal teams, driving business growth through proactive account management strategies.


Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with key client stakeholders to foster trust.
  • Identify new business opportunities within existing accounts to drive company growth.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to deliver seamless service and project execution.
  • Monitor client satisfaction and implement improvements to enhance customer experiences.
  • Prepare and present detailed account analysis and business performance reports regularly.
  • Negotiate contract terms and pricing to ensure mutually beneficial client agreements.
  • Resolve client issues promptly and effectively to maintain high levels of satisfaction.
  • Lead quarterly business reviews with clients to assess progress and future plans.
  • Ensure alignment of client objectives with company offerings and strategic priorities.
  • Track and analyze key metrics to understand account performance and growth opportunities.
  • Manage account budgets and ensure profitability through effective cost control.
  • Mentor and provide guidance to junior account managers and support staff as required.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field preferred.
  • A minimum of 5 years experience in account management or sales roles.
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets and growing client accounts.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to manage diverse client relationships.
  • Ability to work under pressure while delivering excellent results and meeting deadlines.
  • Familiarity with CRM software and advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Excellent analytical skills to assess data and formulate strategic business insights.
