Deliver and manage security services across client environments to ensure protection, compliance, and operational resilience.

Summary: As a Security Managed Services Practitioner, a typical day involves overseeing and delivering comprehensive security services tailored to client environments. This role requires continuous monitoring and management to uphold protection standards, ensure compliance with relevant regulations, and maintain operational resilience. The practitioner collaborates with various stakeholders to address security challenges and supports the seamless functioning of security operations within diverse organizational settings. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform. - Responsible for team decisions. - Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions. - Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams. - Coordinate with cross-functional groups to align security strategies with organizational goals. - Mentor and guide team members to enhance their skills and performance. - Drive continuous improvement initiatives to optimize security service delivery. - Facilitate effective communication channels between teams to ensure timely resolution of security incidents. Professional & Technical Skills: - Required Skill: Expert proficiency in Security Information and Event Management (SIEM) Operations. - Strong knowledge of security monitoring tools and incident response processes. - Experience in analyzing security events and identifying potential threats. - Familiarity with compliance frameworks and regulatory requirements related to information security. - Ability to develop and implement security policies and procedures. - Proficient in coordinating with multiple teams to manage security incidents and vulnerabilities. Additional Information: - The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in Security Information and Event Management (SIEM) Operations. - This position is based at our Manila office. Minimum 3 year(s) of experience is required
