Responsibilities

  • Identify and develop new business opportunities in retail and corporate sectors.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients.
  • Conduct in-depth market research to understand competitive landscape and emerging trends.
  • Create and deliver sales presentations tailored to the client’s specific needs.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to create targeted promotional strategies.
  • Negotiate contracts and close agreements to maximize profits.
  • Meet and exceed sales targets on a regular basis.
  • Provide excellent customer service and ensure client satisfaction at all stages of the sales process.
  • Prepare and present detailed sales reports to management.
  • Attend industry events and conferences to network and gain new leads.
  • Utilize CRM software to manage client information and track sales activities.
  • Contribute to team efforts by accomplishing related results as needed.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field preferred.
  • Proven experience as a Sales Executive or relevant role in sales or customer service.
  • Strong understanding of retail and corporate sales processes and best practices.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a proactive attitude.
  • Proficiency in using CRM software and Microsoft Office suite, especially Excel.
  • Willingness to travel for client meetings and industry events as required.
