We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Sales Assistant / Account Executive to join our dynamic sales team. Responsibilities

  • Assist in the preparation and facilitation of sales presentations and meetings.
  • Maintain and update client databases with accurate and current information.
  • Support senior sales representatives with day-to-day sales activities and tasks.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients.
  • Handle client inquiries and requests promptly and professionally.
  • Work collaboratively with team members to achieve overall sales objectives.
  • Assist in the analysis of sales data and prepare related reports for management.
  • Coordinate order processing and ensure timely delivery of products to clients.
  • Provide administrative support, including the preparation of sales-related documents.
  • Identify new sales prospects and potential channels for business expansion.
  • Participate in brainstorming sessions to develop innovative sales strategies.
  • Engage in ongoing learning and development to improve product knowledge and sales skills.

Requirements

  • A bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field is preferred.
  • Previous experience in sales support or account management is advantageous.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail are essential.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic sales environment.
  • Proficiency with CRM software and standard office applications.
  • Capability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize work efficiently.
