Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated and efficient Receptionist cum Admin to join our team. The perfect candidate will have excellent communication skills, an eye for detail, and a knack for multitasking. Responsibilities

  • Greet and welcome visitors with a warm and professional demeanor.
  • Manage incoming phone calls, emails, and direct them to the appropriate personnel.
  • Maintain the reception area ensuring it is tidy and presentable at all times.
  • Assist in scheduling and coordinating meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.
  • Monitor office supplies inventory and place orders when necessary to ensure availability.
  • Process, sort, and distribute incoming and outgoing mail efficiently and accurately.
  • Assist with administrative tasks including data entry, filing, and document management.
  • Provide support in planning and organizing company events and meetings.
  • Maintain and update company contact lists and databases regularly.
  • Coordinate with facilities management on office maintenance and repairs as needed.
  • Compile reports and prepare presentations to support management and team requirements.
  • Assist with onboarding new employees and provide orientation about office procedures.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent; additional qualifications are a plus.
  • Proven experience as a receptionist, administrative assistant, or similar role.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective interaction.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and office management software.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities to handle diverse activities.
  • Attention to detail and problem-solving skills essential for task management.
  • Able to maintain a composed and patient demeanor in a busy environment.
