Responsibilities

  • Maintain records of quality reports, statistical reviews, and relevant documentation.

  • Participate in internal and external audits to uphold quality certifications.
  • Continuously monitor production processes to identify potential improvements.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in quality assurance, engineering, or a related field required.
  • Minimum of three years experience in a quality assurance specialist role.
  • Strong understanding of quality control standards and testing methodologies.
  • Proficient in quality management software and related IT systems.
  • Excellent analytical skills with a keen eye for detail are essential.
  • Effective communication skills to coordinate across multiple departments.
  • Ability to handle and prioritize multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
  • Familiarity with industry standard certifications, such as ISO 9001, is preferred.
  • Experience with continuous improvement processes and methodologies.
