Project Manager

Accountabilities

• Manages end‑to‑end delivery of complex to highly complex projects or defined workstreams, from initiation through completion, applying disciplined project management practices and responsibly leveraging AI tools to enhance planning, tracking, and reporting efficiency
• Defines project scope, success criteria, schedules, budgets, and resource requirements; develops structured delivery plans and uses AI‑supported analysis to improve forecast accuracy, dependency visibility, and delivery predictability.
• Serves as the primary point of coordination for assigned projects or workstreams, aligning internal and external stakeholders through clear communication, structured documentation, and AI‑enabled synthesis of updates and decisions.
• Manages multiple concurrent initiatives, proactively identifying interdependencies, trade‑offs, and risks using structured analysis and AI‑assisted scenario evaluation, while validating outputs using sound judgment and business context.
• Develops project reports, dashboards, and assessment materials to monitor performance and identify improvement opportunities, leveraging AI to accelerate data synthesis and insight generation while retaining accountability for accuracy and interpretation.
• Actively raises and manages project issues and risks, applying structured risk management practices and AI‑supported risk analysis to propose and communicate mitigation strategies.
• Implements and manages approved project changes to ensure delivery of agreed outcomes, maintaining adherence to governance, compliance, and stakeholder alignment requirements.
• Contributes to continuous improvement within SET by refining delivery workflows, templates, and practices, and embedding AI‑enabled tools where appropriate to reduce rework and improve decision quality.
• Demonstrates AI‑Fluent execution by using AI in daily work (e.g., drafting, summarization, risk identification, option evaluation, and decision preparation), while maintaining full responsibility for judgment, trade‑offs, and final outcomes.
  
  

• Bachelor’s degree holder.
• 3–6 years of project or program management experience, including delivery of complex or multi‑stream initiatives within a governance‑driven environment.
• PMP certification preferred; formal project management training or equivalent experience acceptable.
• Working knowledge of Quality Tools and Techniques (e.g., TQM, Six Sigma) is an advantage.
• Solid understanding of project governance, dependency management, risk management, and stakeholder coordination.
• Demonstrated AI‑Fluent capability, with regular use of AI‑enabled tools to accelerate documentation, reporting, risk identification, and decision preparation, while retaining accountability for professional judgment and outcomes.
• Strong influencing, mentoring, and collaboration skills; ability to identify improvement opportunities and support disciplined, responsible adoption of AI‑enabled ways of working within project teams.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to translate AI‑supported insights into clear, structured, decision‑ready communication for senior leaders and cross‑functional stakeholders.
• Demonstrated capability in multi‑stream coordination, stakeholder management, trade‑off assessment, and governance‑aligned delivery execution.
• Ability to quickly learn and apply enterprise AI tools and technologies to support technical workflows and business objectives.
