Your Role

As a Processing Technician, you will:

• Edit, refine, and optimize 3D models using specialized software to ensure structural and visual accuracy.
• Draft detailed and accurate property estimates based on provided project scopes, guidelines, and cost frameworks.
• Review, analyze, and categorize high volumes of images to verify quality and adherence to project specifications.
• Process, clean, and input complex datasets into internal systems, maintaining zero-error data integrity.
• Audit program and project applications against strict compliance criteria to flag discrepancies or missing documentation.
• Execute various ad-hoc back-office tasks and administration workflows as required by changing business priorities.
  
  

What You Need

Non-negotiables

• Technical Adaptability: Proven ability to learn and master diverse software platforms, ranging from 3D editing tools to estimation databases.
• Meticulous Attention to Detail: Exceptional visual and analytical checking skills, vital for auditing applications and reviewing imagery.
• Data Processing Speed & Accuracy: Ability to handle heavy administration workloads efficiently without sacrificing quality.
• Strong Problem-Solving: Capacity to identify discrepancies in data or documentation and proactively seek resolutions.
• Time Management: Excellent organizational skills to balance multiple competing tasks and meet daily processing deadlines.
  
  

Preferred Skills/expertise

• Prior experience in 3D Modeling, CAD, or spatial editing workflows.
• Background in Property Estimation, insurance adjusting, or construction cost calculation.
• Experience in a dedicated Quality Assurance (QA) or compliance auditing role.
• Strong familiarity with data transformation and back-office management systems.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision in a high-volume production environment.
