Job Summary

The Paid Media Specialist (TikTok) is responsible for the hands-on execution and operational management of Dermorepubliq’s TikTok paid advertising campaigns. Working closely with the Paid Media Strategy Lead, this role assists in building, monitoring, and optimizing full-funnel TikTok ad campaigns — from top-of-funnel awareness to bottom-of-funnel conversion — to drive measurable GMV and acquisition results.

This is a data-heavy, execution-intensive role that requires strong proficiency in TikTok Ads Manager, a methodical approach to campaign setup and data mining, and the ability to generate and export performance insights that inform optimization decisions. The Paid Media Specialist is expected to operate with precision and a high degree of ownership over day-to-day campaign management.

KEY RESPONSIBILITY

  • TikTok Campaign Setup & Full-Funnel Management
  • Set up and manage full-funnel TikTok ad campaigns covering awareness, consideration, and conversion objectives.
  • Build campaign structures, ad groups, and creatives within TikTok Ads Manager with accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Configure targeting parameters, bidding strategies, budgets, and scheduling per campaign briefs.
  • Assist the Paid Media Strategy Lead in planning and implementing campaign strategies across all TikTok ad formats (In-Feed, Spark Ads, TopView, Collection Ads, LIVE Ads).
  • Data Mining & Performance Reporting
  • Conduct deep data mining within TikTok Ads Manager to extract campaign, ad group, and creative-level performance data.
  • Export, clean, and organize performance datasets for analysis and internal reporting.
  • Track and report on key paid media metrics including impressions, reach, CTR, CPM, CPC, CVR, ROAS, and GMV contribution.
  • Build and maintain performance trackers and dashboards for real-time campaign visibility.
  • Surface insights from data exports to support optimization decisions and A/B testing analysis.
  • Campaign Monitoring & Optimization Assistance
  • Monitor active campaigns daily and flag anomalies, budget pacing issues, or performance drops to the Paid Media Strategy Lead.
  • Assist in implementing optimization actions including bid adjustments, audience refinements, and creative rotations.
  • Support A/B testing of creatives, hooks, audiences, and bidding strategies as directed.
  • Ensure campaigns are running efficiently and aligned with daily and campaign-level budget targets.
  • Creative & Asset Management
  • Coordinate the trafficking of ad creatives from the content and creative teams into TikTok Ads Manager.
  • Ensure all ad creatives meet TikTok format, spec, and policy requirements before going live.
  • Identify high-performing organic content suitable for Spark Ads amplification in coordination with the TikTok Content Strategy team.
  • Cross-Functional Coordination
  • Coordinate with the TikTok Content Strategy Lead to align paid amplification with organic content performance.
  • Liaise with Marketing Operations for campaign scheduling and activation timelines.
  • Support the Paid Media Strategy Lead in preparing performance summaries and campaign review decks.


Qualification And Requirements

Education

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field.


Experience

  • 2–3 years of experience in paid media, performance marketing, or digital advertising.
  • Hands-on experience with TikTok Ads Manager is required.
  • Demonstrated experience in data mining, performance reporting, and campaign management.
  • Exposure to full-funnel campaign structures and conversion-focused advertising.
  • Experience in e-commerce, beauty, or FMCG is an advantage.


SKILL AND COMPETENCIES

Technical Skills

  • Proficiency in TikTok Ads Manager (campaign setup, monitoring, reporting, data export)
  • Strong data mining and performance analytics capabilities
  • Understanding of full-funnel TikTok ad formats and campaign objectives
  • Basic knowledge of audience targeting, bidding strategies, and creative specs
  • Proficiency in Google Sheets, Excel, or Looker Studio for reporting
