  • Lead a "Stop and Fix" culture through daily tiered accountability and proactive problem-solving.
  • Own annual targets for Productivity Diagonals, Total Waste Elimination (TWE), and Strategic Sourcing savings.
  • Drive operational efficiency, productivity, and business transformation initiatives.
  • Identify performance gaps and implement process improvements to reduce costs and enhance customer satisfaction.
  • Manage end-to-end delivery of cross-functional projects, ensuring alignment with goals, timelines, and budgets.
  • Define project scope, objectives, risks, and success metrics.
  • Optimize business processes using data analytics, automation, and best practices.
  • Champion digital transformation, innovation, and adoption of new technologies.
  • Lead change management efforts and promote a culture of continuous improvement across all levels.
  • Establish and monitor KPIs; provide data-driven insights to support strategic decisions.
  • Drive cost optimization while maintaining service quality and strong ROI.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders, including executives, teams, vendors, and partners, to align and deliver outcomes.
  • Ensure compliance with regulations, safety standards, and corporate policies; manage risks effectively.
  • Oversee quality control, audit frameworks, and ISO 9001-compliant QMS implementation.
  • Perform other related duties as assigned.

  • A strong educational background in engineering, manufacturing, or a related field.
  • Proven expertise in leading operational teams within the logistics industry.
  • Exceptional problem-solving and strategic planning skills.
  • Ability to manage complex projects and meet tight deadlines.
  • Familiarity with industry standards, compliance, and operational best practices.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills for team collaboration.
  • Willing to work in Novaliches City, Mondays to Fridays
