Your Role
As a member of our team, you will be responsible for the following tasks:
Completing onboarding activities to enable a fast and accurate hiring process for labour hire workers. This includes coordinating onboarding requests, arranging contracts, induction, work rights, qualifications and all aspects that make up the Labour hire audit.
Complete activities relating to the end-clients worksite and on-hired workers to ensure end-Client requirements are met. This may include use of end Client online portals.
Maintain the onboarding spreadsheet so that it is accurate and up to date at all times so that recruitment teams can rely on it as the key source of information for the onboarding of workers
Upload items required for onboarding with expiry dates, save correctly and identify to team member any issues
Conducting detailed audits of new starter onboarding and collate responses, qualify responses and ensure timeframes for audit including responses are met.
Review and manage expired documents within JobAdder and contacting employees to renew documentation via email and text message.
Performing any necessary ad hoc administrative duties.
Train other team members in aspects of your role as required
Complete other duties as required e.g.cover for other team members when they go on leave
Update or correct documents in Jobadder as required
Communicate with team when clarification is required
Assist with timesheet reports, payroll as required
Complete off-boarding off employees
