Your Role And Responsibilities

The Service Line Leader for Cybersecurity Services is responsible for defining, leading, and growing the FutureNow Center’s cybersecurity service offerings. This role oversees strategy, service delivery excellence, capability development, innovation, and financial performance while partnering closely with clients, internal business units, and delivery teams. In addition, the Cybersecurity Service Line Leader sets the strategic direction, drives operational excellence, and accelerates growth across the cybersecurity portfolio, ensuring the organization remains competitive and aligned with evolving client and market needs.

Key Responsibilities

  • Service Line Strategy and Leadership: Set the overall vision, strategy, and growth roadmap for the cybersecurity service line. Build and evolve capabilities, lead delivery teams and architects, and strengthen the practice through partnerships with technology and industry partners.
  • Delivery Excellence: Maintain high standards for delivery quality, methodologies, and performance. Manage risks, escalations, and complex issues to ensure consistent and successful client outcomes.
  • Business Growth and Client Engagement: Partner with sales and account leaders to identify new opportunities, shape solutions, and support proposals and pricing. Represent the service line in client discussions, executive briefings, and strategic engagements. Advise clients on needs, solution options, and major escalations.
  • Financial Management: Oversee workforce planning, resource allocation, and hiring. Manage budgets, forecasting, operational efficiency, and resource utilization to ensure strong financial performance and scalability.
  • Innovation and Capability Development: Introduce new tools, technologies, and delivery models to enhance competitiveness and productivity. Develop talent plans, support recruitment and training, and ensure teams stay current with emerging cybersecurity skills. Collaborate with global teams to scale best practices and strengthen delivery maturity.

Required Qualifications

Required technical and professional expertise

  • Cybersecurity Leadership & Expertise: Extensive experience in cybersecurity leadership, service management, or consulting, with strong knowledge of cybersecurity frameworks, technologies, and operating models.
  • Service Delivery & Growth: Proven ability to build, scale, and mature service offerings within global or managed services environments.
  • Financial & Operational Management: Skilled in financial planning, budgeting, workforce management, and operational leadership.
  • Client Engagement & Communication: Strong client‑facing skills with the ability to influence and engage senior stakeholders.
  • Transformation & Innovation: Demonstrated track record of driving delivery improvement, innovation, and organizational transformation.
  • Certifications: Relevant cybersecurity certifications preferred.

  • Project Management Best Practices: Experience with industry-recognized project management methodologies and frameworks, leveraging the latest methods and assets to drive project success.
