Your Role

As an HSE System Specialist, you will:

• Manage HSE data systems, specifically Cintellate, to address user queries and implement necessary system changes.
• Triage Driver Fatigue and Distraction Monitoring (DFDM) and In-Vehicle Monitoring System (IVMS) notifications for operational action.
• Produce comprehensive HSE statistical reports, including Group and Divisional safety performance and Executive Committee papers.
• Analyze complex data sets to identify errors, perform root cause analysis, and troubleshoot reporting inaccuracies.
• Execute greenhouse energy data entry and reporting to ensure compliance with environmental obligations.
  
  

What You Need

Non-negotiables

• Proven experience in an HSE analysis, reporting, or system administration role.
• Advanced proficiency in MS Office Suite, specifically MS Excel, with the ability to manage large data volumes.
• Equivalent of Australian Year 12 education as a minimum requirement.
• Outstanding written and verbal English communication skills for preparing concise technical reports.
• Strong self-management skills to ensure deadlines are met in a high-pressure reporting environment.
  
  

Preferred Skills/expertise

• Hands-on experience with the Cintellate management system or an equivalent HSE data platform.
• Tertiary degree in Health, Safety, Environment, or a related technical field.
• Advanced problem-solving skills with a high attention to detail.
• Experience in health, rehabilitation, and insurance claims reporting.
• Ability to build and maintain productive relationships with various operational stakeholders.
