Job Description

As an HR Executive, you will play a crucial role in our organization's human resources department, driving HR initiatives and processes that align with our corporate goals. You will be responsible for managing and executing a variety of HR tasks, from recruitment and onboarding to performance management and employee engagement. Responsibilities

  • Administer employee benefits programs and ensure their compliance with regulations.
  • Conduct performance appraisals and provide feedback to employees and supervisors.
  • Monitor and manage HR analytics and provide reports to senior management.
  • Handle employee inquiries and resolve HR-related issues promptly and effectively.
  • Develop strategies for employee engagement to foster a productive work culture.
  • Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal employment laws and regulations.
  • Facilitate disciplinary actions and support conflict resolution measures.
  • Update employee records and maintain HR databases with accuracy and confidentiality.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Proven experience as an HR Executive or similar role in HR management.
  • Strong understanding of labor legislation and employment law requirements.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective stakeholder collaboration.
  • Ability to handle confidential information with integrity and professionalism.
  • Proficient in HR software and Microsoft Office suite for daily HR operations.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills to manage multiple HR tasks.
