Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced HR Executive to join our dynamic team. The HR Executive will play a crucial role in managing the recruitment process, handling employee relations, and ensuring the smooth running of the HR department. This position requires a detail-oriented individual with excellent communication skills and a deep understanding of HR functions and best practices. The successful candidate will have the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently, work independently, and contribute to the overall improvement of the organization's workplace culture. Enthusiasm for engaging with people at all levels within the organization and a strong commitment to developing and maintaining a positive employee experience are key attributes that the HR Executive should possess.


Responsibilities

  • Manage end-to-end recruitment processes, from job postings to onboarding.
  • Develop and implement HR policies and procedures in line with company objectives.
  • Coordinate and facilitate training sessions and development programs for employees.
  • Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide constructive feedback to staff.
  • Handle employee grievances and resolve conflicts through effective communication.
  • Ensure compliance with employment laws and regulations at all levels.
  • Maintain and update employee records with accurate, up-to-date information.
  • Lead initiatives to boost employee engagement and organizational morale.
  • Collaborate with department heads to forecast hiring needs for different teams.
  • Participate in salary reviews and contribute to compensation strategy planning.
  • Organize company activities and events to enhance employee relations.
  • Utilize HR metrics to assess process improvements and recommend changes.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in an HR role, preferably in a corporate setting.
  • Strong understanding of labor laws and compliance requirements is essential.
  • Exceptional negotiation and interpersonal skills to manage employee relations.
  • Proficient in HRIS software and Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel and Word.
  • Ability to work independently and efficiently juggle multiple HR responsibilities.
  • Proactive approach to problem-solving with strong decision-making capability.
