  • Maintain confidentiality and security of guest information at all times.
  • Collect feedback from guests to improve overall service quality and experiences.
  • Ensure the front desk and lobby areas remain clean and well-organized.
  • Support other departments in delivering exceptional guest service standards.
  • Stay updated on hotel policies, services, and promotions for accurate guest assistance.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent qualification required for consideration.
  • Proven experience in customer service or hospitality-related role preferred.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills are essential for this role.
  • Strong multitasking abilities and attention to detail are critical in this position.
  • Familiarity with reservation software and front desk systems is advantageous.
