We are seeking an enthusiastic and dedicated Food & Beverage Associate to join our dynamic team. As a crucial member of our hospitality department, you will be responsible for ensuring exemplary customer service in all aspects of food and beverage operations. You will work in a fast-paced environment, assisting in the preparation, service, and clean-up of food and beverage events and services. The ideal candidate will have a passion for delivering exceptional dining experiences, a keen eye for detail, and the ability to work well under pressure. You will play a fundamental role in our guests' enjoyment and satisfaction, contributing to memorable dining moments through your excellent service skills and genuine hospitality.

Responsibilities

• Assist in the preparation and setup of dining and bar areas efficiently.
• Provide exceptional customer service and promptly address guest inquiries and complaints.
• Take accurate food and beverage orders and deliver them efficiently to guests.
• Ensure cleanliness and sanitation are maintained in all operational areas at all times.
• Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely and accurate order delivery to guests.
• Maintain a thorough knowledge of menus, including specials and beverage offerings.
• Manage cash and electronic transactions efficiently, ensuring accuracy in all financial exchanges.
• Restock and replenish bar and restaurant inventory and supplies as needed.
• Follow all safety and sanitation policies when handling food and beverage.
• Resolve customer complaints in a professional and timely manner to ensure guest satisfaction.
• Work various shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays, as required.
• Offer suggestions for improvement and actively contribute to the team’s success.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent qualification is preferred for this role.
• Previous experience in a food and beverage role is highly advantageous.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills are essential for this position.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment under pressure.
• Excellent customer service skills with a focus on detail and efficiency.
• Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and public holidays.
