Job Description

A Finance Executive plays a crucial role in the financial leadership of an organization. Responsible for managing and planning the organization's financial strategy, a Finance Executive ensures that all financial operations support the company's goals and objectives. This role involves overseeing budgeting processes, conducting financial analyses, and offering strategic insights to steer the company toward profitability and financial stability. Alongside this, the Finance Executive collaborates with various departments to align financial practices with overall business strategies, and works closely with executive leadership to develop long-term financial strategies. As a key decision-maker, the Finance Executive also ensures compliance with financial laws and regulations, and oversees the preparation of financial reports and statements. Responsibilities

  • Develop and oversee financial strategies to support business goals and growth.

  • Manage relationships with banks, auditors, and financial consultants for optimal financial outcomes.
  • Optimize profit margins by identifying and implementing efficient financial processes.
  • Conduct risk management activities to mitigate potential financial risks for the organization.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Proven experience in a finance leadership role within a corporate setting.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex financial data.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, for stakeholder interactions.
  • Advanced knowledge of financial accounting principles and practices.
  • Experience in budgeting, forecasting, and strategic financial planning essential.
  • Proficiency in financial software and advanced MS Excel skills are required.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and strategic thinking capabilities.
