Job Description

The Customer Support & Sales Representative is a key role within our organization, blending the art of exceptional customer service with the nuances of salesmanship. This dynamic position focuses on nurturing customer relationships, resolving inquiries, and upselling services and products. You will act as the front line of our brand, ensuring that each customer interaction is handled with care and dedicated attention. Responsibilities

  • Provide top-notch support to customers via phone, email, or chat.

  • Upsell and cross-sell products to existing and potential customers effectively.
  • Maintain a high level of product knowledge to answer customer questions accurately.

  • Collaborate with other departments to resolve complex customer issues efficiently.
  • Meet and exceed individual and team sales targets on a regular basis.
  • Deliver feedback to management on customer trends and competitive intelligence.

  • Maintain confidentiality of customer information according to company policies.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in customer service and sales roles is advantageous.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills are essential.
  • Ability to multitask and manage multiple customer interactions effectively.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and aptitude for negotiation are required.
  • High school diploma or equivalent; further education is a plus.
  • Familiarity with CRM systems and sales software is highly desirable.
  • Flexible work schedule, including availability for weekends and holidays.
