Responsibilities

  • Document customer interactions and transactions in the company's database.
  • Communicate effectively with other departments to ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Proactively follow up with customers to guarantee their issues are fully resolved.
  • Stay updated on product changes and company policies to assist customers better.
  • Conduct quality assurance surveys to measure customer satisfaction levels.
  • Meet performance goals set by management to ensure team efficiency.
  • Provide feedback to management regarding possible improvements to customer service.
  • Assist in training new customer service representatives when necessary.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent; additional qualifications are a plus.
  • Proven customer service experience with strong communication skills.
  • Ability to handle stressful situations and resolve conflicts effectively.
  • Proficient in using computer systems and various software applications.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail are essential.
  • Excellent time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks.
  • Flexibility to work in shifts, including weekends and holidays.
