As a Customer Service Representative, you will play a crucial role in ensuring our customers have an outstanding experience interacting with our company. Responsibilities

  • Respond to customer inquiries promptly and effectively through various communication channels.
  • Resolve product or service problems by clarifying the customer's complaint.
  • Handle customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits.
  • Follow communication procedures, guidelines, and policies stringently to ensure consistency.
  • Keep records of customer interactions, process customer accounts and file documents properly.
  • Assist with placement of orders, refunds, or exchanges and upsell products when possible.
  • Work closely with team members to ensure an integrated approach to customer service.
  • Provide accurate, valid, and complete information by using the right methods/tools.
  • Analyze customer feedback and work to build and improve processes accordingly.
  • Adhere to company standards and strive to meet performance goals and KPIs.
  • Continuously improve through feedback and taking part in training and development.
  • Contribute to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.

Requirements

  • Proven customer support experience or experience as a Client Service Representative.
  • Strong phone contact handling skills and active listening abilities.
  • Familiarity with CRM systems and practices for efficient service delivery.
  • Customer orientation and ability to adapt/respond to different types of characters.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in written and verbal form.
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively under pressure.
  • A high school diploma or equivalent; further education will be considered a plus.
