Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with team members to improve customer service processes and practices.
  • Provide feedback to managers about recurring customer issues or concerns.
  • Identify and escalate complex customer issues to the appropriate channels.
  • Follow up with customers to ensure resolution of their issues and satisfaction.
  • Achieve targeted performance metrics and adhere to departmental guidelines.
  • Stay updated on company products, services, and policies to assist customers better.
  • Assist in training new staff and sharing best practices within the team.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in a customer service or client management role desired.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills required.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to remain calm under pressure.
  • Proficiency in using customer service software and engagement tools.
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively in a busy environment.
  • High school diploma or equivalent; additional qualifications are a plus.
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to maintaining the highest quality standards.
