Job Description

Strategic partner to the CEO, driving key initiatives, improving operations, and ensuring alignment across the organization.

Key Responsibilities

Support strategic planning and execution of company priorities
Prepare briefings, reports, and insights for executive decisions
Coordinate cross-functional teams and initiatives
Lead special projects and improve operational processes
Track performance metrics and organizational goals
Manage internal communications from the executive office
Handle sensitive matters with discretion

Qualifications

Bachelors degree (MBA preferred)
5+ years in strategy, operations, or similar roles
Strong analytical, communication, and project management skills
Ability to manage multiple priorities and work with senior leaders
