Job Description

The Business Development Executive is a pivotal role in the growth and success of our company. Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve or exceed business targets.

  • Monitor market and industry developments and provide actionable insights.
  • Prepare and deliver pitches, proposals, and presentations to potential clients.
  • Represent the company at trade shows, industry events, and conferences.
  • Manage the entire sales cycle from prospecting to closure with efficiency.
  • Work closely with product development teams to communicate customer needs.
  • Report on sales goals, forecasts, and other key metrics regularly and accurately.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
  • Proven track record of success in business development or sales roles.
  • Excellent negotiation, presentation, and communication skills are essential.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with strategic thinking skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Experience with CRM software and sales performance metrics is preferred.
  • Willingness to travel for meetings, conferences, and industry events.
