Position Summary

The Revenue Assurance Manager is responsible for ensuring all signed client agreements are accurately converted into operational and financial records within company systems. This role begins once an opportunity is won and a proposal is signed.

The primary objective is to ensure agreements are properly structured within the PSA system, vendor costs are validated, invoices are generated accurately, and billing is set up for long-term success.

This role plays a critical part in protecting revenue integrity by ensuring that what is sold is correctly implemented in financial and operational systems before services are delivered or billed.

Your Role

As a Revenue Assurance Manager, You Will

• Convert signed proposals, agreements, and statements of work into accurate system records by building agreements, services, and products within the PSA system.
• Validate contract start dates, billing cycles, quantities, pricing, renewal structures, and billing terms to ensure alignment with signed proposals and successful operational handoff.
• Generate initial invoices, first-month invoices, down payments, and implementation invoices accurately and on time while validating billing schedules and recurring revenue setup.
• Reconcile vendor COGS related to agreements and confirm that licensing, hardware, and third-party services align with pricing models to maintain margin expectations.
• Serve as the operational bridge between Sales, Delivery, and Finance by reviewing signed proposals for completeness and clarifying scope or pricing details when necessary.
• Audit agreement setups to maintain high standards of revenue accuracy, identify issues before billing begins, and recommend process improvements to strengthen revenue assurance.
• Adhere strictly to Entech’s HIPAA and Information Security policies and perform other duties as assigned.
  
  

What You Need

Non-negotiables

• Strong understanding of recurring revenue models and service agreements
• Experience working with US-based companies
• Proficiency in ConnectWise PSA (highly preferred) and Sage Intacct accounting software
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office applications
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively across cross-functional teams
• Strong attention to detail with the ability to identify discrepancies and maintain high levels of accuracy
• Excellent organizational, time management, negotiation, and conflict-resolution skills
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
• Ability to handle confidential information with integrity and professionalism
  
  

Preferred Skills & Expertise

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field (Equivalent work experience may be considered in lieu of a degree)
• Ability to prioritize tasks and delegate effectively when appropriate
