Job Description

This role presents an opportunity to play a critical part in ensuring the accuracy, timeliness, and integrity of cash and transaction data within core accounting systems. By managing cash processing, and exception resolution across multiple asset classes, this position directly supports the firm’s mission of delivering reliable investment operations and strong risk and control standards. The role contributes to seamless front‑to‑back investment operations through close collaboration with global teams, custodians, and internal partners.

Position Responsibilities

  • Ensure timely and accurate capture of transactions in core accounting systems (ABOR/SimCorp), validating data from multiple upstream sources.
  • Perform cash, position, and transaction reconciliations, investigating and resolving discrepancies in coordination with Middle Office, Reconciliation teams, custodians, and global partners.
  • Maintain and update procedures, ensure adherence to control standards, and participate in audit, regulatory, and risk‑specific requirements.
  • Support system migrations, process improvements, training initiatives, and cross‑functional projects to enhance operational efficiency and accuracy.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Finance, Economics or any related course,
  • 1-2 years relevant work experience
  • Strong analytical ability, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Knowledge in securities instruments/settlements and investment process
  • Client focused with the ability to prioritize responsibilities
  • React quickly and meet tight deadlines maintaining accuracy and thoroughness
  • Demonstrate flexibility and initiative in working with management and clients, adapting change strategies.
