Responsibilities

  • Provide comprehensive administrative support to senior management and various departments within the organization.
  • Coordinate and schedule meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements for team members as required.
  • Manage and organize office files, records, and documentation efficiently and securely.
  • Answer and direct phone calls, emails, and other correspondence with professionalism and accuracy.
  • Prepare and edit documents, reports, and presentations with attention to detail and precision.
  • Assist in the planning and execution of company events, meetings, and conferences.
  • Handle and process confidential information with due care and discretion at all times.
  • Monitor and maintain office supplies inventory and place orders as needed to ensure continuous operations.
  • Liaise with internal and external stakeholders to facilitate communication and coordination of activities.
  • Support various office operations including managing mail, scanning, and filing relevant documents.
  • Facilitate effective communication and follow-up with team members regarding ongoing projects and tasks.
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of office procedures to enhance efficiency and productivity.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent; additional qualifications as an Administrative Assistant are a plus.
  • Proven experience as an administrative assistant or office assistant in a similar role.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and other common office software.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills with keen attention to detail.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills for effective correspondence.
  • Ability to handle sensitive information with integrity and confidentiality.
  • Capacity to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
