Responsibilities

  • Process and direct mail and incoming packages or deliveries appropriately.

  • Monitor office expenditures and handle all office-related financial operations.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent qualification is required for this position.
  • Proven experience as an Administrative Assistant or in a similar role.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills are essential.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant office software.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask effectively.
