Responsibilities

• Handle Accounts Receivable (AR) and Accounts Payable (AP) processes
• Review and verify invoices and monthly statements from suppliers
• Track orders from suppliers through to client delivery
• Prepare working drawing take-offs
• Prepare and process purchase orders
• Manage email communications with various business stakeholders
• Perform cost estimation and project quotation preparation
• Coordinate project-related activities and requirements
• Full-time position available
  
  

Qualifications

• Mandarin-speaking skills preferred
• Proficient in social media management and content engagement
• Strong customer service and communication skills
• Bachelor’s degree required
• Fluent in English, both written and verbal
• Background in Commerce-related fields such as Accounting, MBA, Cost Estimation, or Administration preferred
• Highly detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
• Female candidates preferred
• Fresh university graduates are encouraged to apply
• Demonstrates excellent work ethic and professionalism

Salary: Php 30,000- Php 49,000

Work set-up: Starts with remote, but will be onsite.
