• As part of the Patient Accounting team you will engage in healthcare revenue cycle management, focusing on accounts receivable follow-up and collections. As an Associate you will support senior staff, participate in project tasks, and develop your skills while building meaningful client connections. What You Must Have

• Bachelors Degree
• 0 to 1 year of experience in healthcare revenue cycle management
• Oral and written proficiency in English required
• Proven experience in accounts receivable follow-up and collections
• Strong understanding of medical billing processes and insurance claims
• Excellent communication skills with insurance companies and patients
• Proficiency in billing software and Microsoft Office applications
