Our engineering expertise reaches across all sectors of the construction industry, providing pragmatic and practical design solutions to ensure our projects are spatially and operationally efficient. Our design process fully considers the installation and maintenance practicalities on site.

We’re seeking a visionary web designer to lead the redesign of our corporate website. This role goes beyond aesthetics – it’s about building a dynamic, scalable digital platform that reflects our evolving services and growing team.

Role Responsibilities

• Redesign and rebuild our website with a focus on scalability, modularity, and ease of updates
• Integrate AI-powered tools to automate real-time updates of key metrics (e.g. service portfolio, team growth, DC client metrics)
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure the site reflects current offerings and future expansions
• Implement CMS solutions or custom dashboards for non-technical staff to manage content
• Ensure responsive design across devices and optimise for performance and SEO
• Maintain brand consistency while pushing creative boundaries
  
  

Role Requirements

• At least 2 solid years of experience in web design and development (portfolio required)
• Strong grasp of modern front-end frameworks and CMS platforms
• Familiarity with AI integrations (e.g., APIs for analytics, chatbots, auto-updating dashboards)
• UX/UI expertise with a user-first mindset
• Strong knowledge of front-end (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) and back-end (PHP, Python) languages and frameworks.
• Ability to work independently and proactively suggest improvements.
  
  

Education & Training Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Programming and any related program
• Preferably with Online Courses & Certificates (e.g. Google UX Design Professional Certificate)
