Job Description
- Provide excellent customer service by greeting and serving guests promptly.
- Take orders accurately and relay them to the kitchen staff.
- Ensure dining areas are clean, organized, and properly set up.
- Handle customer inquiries and complaints in a professional manner.
- Process payments and handle cash transactions.
- Assist in maintaining inventory of food and beverages.
- Educational Qualifications: High School diploma or equivalent preferred.
- Experience Level: Less than 1 year of experience in a customer service or hospitality role.
- Skills and Competencies: Strong hospitality skills and excellent communication abilities.
- Qualities and Traits: Positive attitude and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Responsibilities and Duties: Ability to multitask and work as part of a team.
- Working Conditions: Must be available to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
