About The Job Visual Merchandising Officer

The Visual Merchandising Officer is responsible for designing, implementing, and optimizing in-store product displays that enhance the customer shopping experience and drive sales. This role collaborates closely with store teams, setup teams, and procurement analysts to ensure that merchandising strategies are both visually appealing and strategically aligned with business goals.

Qualifications

  • Bachelors degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Design, or related field preferred.

  • Strong eye for design, detail, and aesthetics with the ability to translate brand identity into visual displays.
  • Proficiency in planning layouts, selecting fixtures, and creating merchandising manuals.
  • Analytical skills to interpret sales data and measure the impact of merchandising strategies.
  • Excellent communication and training skills to guide store staff and managers.
  • Ability to adapt quickly to retail trends and customer preferences.
  • Strong organizational and documentation skills for reporting and compliance
