Job Description

create eye-catching visual displays that lead consumers to the store
update and change displays to promote product launches and bestsellers
create glorifier displays to better highlight new product launches
produce store displays, signages, labels and planograms
organize, design and implement a creative visual merchandising strategy for all stores
oversee and coordinate with suppliers for production of assets

Minimum Qualifications

Graduate of Marketing, Fine Arts, Design, or any related course
With at least 1–2 years of experience in Visual Merchandising, Retail Design, or Marketing
Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) or similar design tools
Has a keen eye for visuals, color, and layout that align with the brand’s aesthetic
Strong creativity and attention to detail in executing in-store displays and campaigns
Good communication and coordination skills with internal teams and external suppliers
Organized, proactive, and able to manage multiple projects at once
