• Experience Level: 1 year bedside/hospital or clinical experience as Staff Nurse (not obtained through training or Internship)

• Skills and Competencies: Proficient in quality assurance and clinical training.
• Qualities and Traits: Effective communicator with a compassionate approach.
• Responsibilities and Duties: Active USRN/PHRN licensure is required.
