Collections Specialist (UK Account)

Work Arrangement: Onsite - Eton Centris Cyberpod 1 Quezon City

Shift Schedule: Mid-shift scheduling (ex. 4pm-1am, 5pm-2am)

• Handle customer accounts with polite, assertive, and effective communication
• Negotiate payments and provide solutions
• Manage UK-based customer interactions with accuracy and empathy
• Demonstrate business level English proficiency for effective UK customer interactions
• Maintain detailed, organized, and customer‑centric case handling

✔️ At least High School graduate (Old curriculum/SHS)

✔️ Minimum 1 year of collections experience for the following:

• UK Collections LOB experience for any domain

• US Banking Collections LOB experience

• Australian Banking Collections LOB experience

✔️ Understanding on how to handle hardship accounts or vulnerable customers

✔️ Strong negotiation and communication skills

✔️ Excellent spoken & written English

✔️ Customer‑focused and detail‑oriented

✔️ Comfortable using computers, MS Office & online tools

✔️ Willing to work on weekends if needed
