UI UX Visual Designer

The UI/UX Visual Designer is responsible for translating wireframes and UI/UX concepts into polished, pixel-perfect visual designs, focusing on the finishing touches and interactive details that define a complete digital experience.

VISUAL EXECUTION AND PRODUCTION
UI/UX Visual Polishing

• Produce high-quality, final-stage visual designs for digital products, including Website applications, mobile applications, and other digital platforms that may arise.
  
• Focus on delivering High-Fidelity UI final mockups that already include final assets and copies while ensuring alignment with brand guidelines and technical constraints.
  

Motion and Interaction Design

• Design and implement micro-interactions and transitional animations for all digital interfaces (e.g., button states, navigation, screen transitions).
  
• Create captivating and functional loading screens/states and visual feedback loops to manage user expectations during wait times.
  

Technical Team Creative Support

• Post-processing or editing of client-provided or internally produced assets.
  
• Sourcing, post-processing, or editing of client-provided or internally produced vector, stock photo, and font assets.
  
• Conversion of digital materials to video formats with minimal animation.
  
• Optimization and conversion of assets to proper web-oriented formats (e.g., WebP).
  
• Create and maintain visually engaging decks and presentations for internal and client use, ensuring alignment with brand guidelines and project objectives.
  
  

CREATIVE STRATEGY AND VISUALIZATION
Design Concept Development:

• Contribute visual direction and creative ideas during internal discussions to effectively represent client asks and project briefs.
  
• Exercise sound judgment in design execution, selecting appropriate photographs, illustrations, and other visual elements in consideration of technical, timeline, and budget feasibility.
  

Creative Exploration:

• Produce sketches, storyboards, or rough motion layouts to communicate and visualize complex interaction and motion ideas.
  
• Research and selection of frontend theme template
  
• Client Communication:
  Able to present effectively and defend completed proposals and visual directions to clients and internal teams for feedback and alignment.
  

ADMINISTRATION AND REPORTING
Asset Management

• Organize and maintain file systems, ensuring all creative assets are properly labeled, backed up, and stored in the correct project folders.
  
• Ensure all final artworks are properly aligned with project requirements and legally obtained/credited.
  
• Maintain an updated archive of all creative materials and artworks produced for easy reference and documentation.
  

Project Management

• Monitor and meet deadlines for all creative deliverables, ensuring timely and accurate output.
  
• Plan and prioritize tasks effectively to manage time and resources in achieving project goals.
