Major Responsibilities

• Timely and accurately checks and uploads payroll
• Timely uploads Government Remittances
• Timely uploads Tax Payment
• Checks and uploads commission
• Checks RFP payment (Audit debit)
• Checks petty cash replenishment
• Checks daily deposit vs. deposit slip
• Checks unreleased cash advances
• Performs other tasks that may be assigned from time to time by the Immediate Head.
  
  

• A college graduate of any 4-year course related to Finance
• In a Treasury Officer position for at least 2 - 4 years; with background in Accounting is an advantage
• Knowledgeable in Microsoft Office (Excel) and Accounting Principles
• Able to analyze information and post accurately the figures / numbers in peach tree system
• Trust-worthy, keen to details, flexible, and able to perform tasks with minimal supervision
• Computer Literate; able to use Peach Tree Accounting Software and Excel Program
• Able to handle cash management, account receivables, account payables

• Working Hours: 45 hours, 5 days per week (7:30 AM to 5:30 PM)
• Workdays: Monday - Friday
