We are currently seeking an experienced professional to join our team in the role of Transaction Processing Officer .

Job Responsibilities

  • Analyzing instructions/requests and ensuring it is properly understood and implemented
  • Preparing settlement instructions and reports funding.
  • Conducting investigations/gather information so that timely responses to customer’s requests and instructions are addressed & reported to relevant parties
  • Provide service to customers by focusing on resolving requests efficiently, accurately & professionally
  • Ensure service level agreements with business are consistently met and customer service levels are of continuously high standard
  • Work collaboratively with other HSBC GSC sites
  • Assist supervisor with managing day to day operations and support peers on process if needed
  • Meet targets on productivity and accuracy as per the targets and metrics defined for the process.
  • Acquire and update knowledge on procedures related to relevant process.
  • Ensure that the process requirements are met, adhered to, completed in accordance with established procedures and standards set.

Job Requirements

  • Fresh Graduate are welcome to apply
  • Knowledge /experience in securities and investment industry is preferred
  • University graduate/degree holder
  • Knowledge of use of Microsoft Excel
  • Good numerical abilities
  • Good attention to detail
  • Good logical & analytical skills
  • Good communication skills, both written and spoken

Candidate with less relevant experience or skills may be offered a lower Global Career Band than stated above.

Due to the urgent hiring need, candidates with immediate right to work locally and no relocation need will be prioritized.
