About Us
We are a growing real estate investment and property management company managing a large portfolio of residential and commercial properties. We are seeking 4 detail-oriented Virtual Assistants to assist with a short-term data organization project. Strong performers may be considered for future opportunities within our company.
Responsibilities
Enter and organize information into spreadsheets and databases
Review documents and extract relevant data accurately
Update property records and internal tracking systems
Transfer information from various sources into centralized files
Verify data for accuracy and completeness
Flag missing or inconsistent information for review
Follow written instructions and company procedures carefully
Meet daily productivity and accuracy targets
Communicate progress and obstacles to supervisors
Requirements
Excellent attention to detail
Strong English reading and written communication skills
Proficiency With
Previous experience with data entry or administrative work preferred
Google Sheets
Microsoft Excel
Google Drive
Reliable internet connection and computer
Ability to follow instructions precisely
Ability to maintain confidentiality with company information
Available to work consistently during the 2-week project period
Preferred Qualifications
Experience working with real estate documents is a plus
Familiarity with property management or real estate terminology is helpful but not required
Ability to identify discrepancies and ask clarifying questions when needed
Compensation
$4.00 USD per hour
Paid after agreed milestones or according to platform terms
