Duties And Responsibilities

• Execute outbound/inbound calls to prospects and existing clients to promote products or services aiming to convert leads and close deals.
• Act as a primary point of contact. Maintain a good relationship with customers, addressing their inquiries, complaints and ensure satisfaction and repeat business.
• Present products or services clearly and explaining their benefits and features to potential customers
• Keep accurate records if customer interactions, sales and feedback to improve future sales strategies and customer service.
• Consistently meet or exceed assigned sales targets and quotas, contributing to the growth of the company.
  
  

• Communication Skills: Excellent verbal communication skills
• Sales Ability: Proven sales skills
• Customer Service Orientation: Strong focus on customer needs and the ability to handle complaints professionally.
• Technical Proficiency: Familiarity with relevant computer software and system to manage customer information and sales data.
• Education: A degree in business, marketing or related field may be preferred.
