What Were Looking For (Qualifications)

• At least High School Graduate
• No Call Center Experience Required
• CEFR B2 English Proficiency
• Typing speed of at least 40 WPM with 90% accuracy
• Willing to work ONSITE at TP EDSA Greenfield. United Street, corner Epifanio de los Santos Ave, Greenfield District, Mandaluyong City, 1552 Metro Manila, Philippines
• Strong listening, communication, and problem-solving skills
  
  

• Handle inbound customer inquiries related to satellite and telecom services
• Assist customers with billing concerns, service activation, and basic troubleshooting
• Provide clear, accurate, and professional information to customers
• Ensure customer satisfaction through empathy and effective communication
• Accurately document customer interactions and resolutions
