Position: Technical Project Manager

Location: Remote (Philippines)

Job Type: Full-time

Work Schedule: 9:30 AM- 4:30 PM (PST)

Base Salary: PHP 50,000- PHP 60,000 per month

Role Overview:

Were looking for a Technical Project Manager to join our team. In this role, you will be owning day-to-day project coordination and execution. This role is critical in ensuring projects move forward smoothly, blockers are resolved quickly, and developers can stay focused on building and improving our products.

Youll work closely with engineering, operations, and leadership to translate ideas and requirements into clear, actionable tasks, while maintaining visibility, structure, and accountability across projects.

Key Responsibilities:

Project Coordination & Execution

• Own daily project coordination using ClickUp, including: creating, breaking down, and prioritizing tasks, assigning tasks and following up on progress, and ensuring tasks move forward smoothly and predictably.
• Track timelines, milestones, dependencies, and deliverables across multiple projects.
• Identify risks, delays, and blockers early and coordinate resolution.
  
  
  

Communication & Stakeholder Management

• Act as the primary communication bridge between: Developers, Operations, Stakeholders and leadership
• Coordinate discussions and updates, keeping communication clear, concise, and actionable.
• Provide regular status updates and summaries to maintain transparency and alignment.
  
  
  

Technical Understanding & Issue Coordination

• Develop a functional understanding of VinAudits systems, including: APIs and how they are used, API requests, responses, logs, and common error patterns, and how internal systems interact at a high level
• Assist in analyzing issues by reviewing logs, errors, and system behavior.
• Coordinate debugging and issue resolution with the engineering team (without being the sole technical owner).
  
  
  

Documentation & Process

• Maintain clear and organized documentation for: project requirements, task context and objectives, and status updates and decisions
• Help improve project workflows and coordination processes over time.
  
  
  

Requirements:

• 2+ years of experience in Technical Project Management, Engineering Coordination, or a similar role.
• Strong experience using ClickUp or comparable project/task management tools.
• Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Comfortable working closely with developers and understanding technical discussions.
• Ability to operate in a fast-paced, remote, and asynchronous environment.
• High attention to detail and strong follow-through.
  
  
  

Nice to Have:

• Familiarity with APIs, databases, and backend systems (hands-on coding not required).
• Experience working with startups or small, fast-moving teams.
