About The Job

The Team Leader (Volume or Mass Recruiting) is responsible for supervising a team of recruiters providing delivery and strategy for the recruitment of mass roles for HC in the Philippines.

What You’ll Do

• Serves as primary point of contact for high level recruitment concerns.
• Works closely with TA Manager (Volume or Mass Recruiting) in creating, planning, and implementing recruitment strategies and initiatives geared towards operational excellence, efficiencies, and SLA fulfillment
• Manages day-to-day Mass recruitment activities ensuring that all recruitment KPIs are met.
• Spearheads the continuous review and improvement of recruitment processes through process efficiencies and process management initiatives
• Collaborates with Sourcing and Onboarding team to ensure a smooth sailing end to end recruitment process.
• Responsible with the strategies, and execution of projects and initiatives.
• Create and maintain reports related to hiring status and trends.
• Ensures continuous team development and improvement of team members through regular and continuous coaching, mentoring, training, performance reviews and learning opportunities.
• Initiates, maintains, and develop partnerships with stakeholders and People Partners.
  
  

What You Need To Have

• At least 3 years of solid experience in Recruitment Operations, Client Management with at least 1 year in a supervisory capacity
• Strong knowledge in Volume Recruitment, Project Management
• Proficiency in O365 (MS Word, Excel, Powerpoint, Teams), with excellent presentation skills
• Excellent written and oral English communication skills
• Results-oriented; highly proactive to drive team to achieve goals
• Highly analytical – to analyze trends, reports and audit processes
• Ability to negotiate and manage conflicts; drives to closure at all times
• Excellent people management skills
• Ability to multi-task and prioritize multiple competing priorities in a fast-paced environment
• Ability to adapt to changing environments and business situations
