Are you a people-focused leader with a passion for customer experience and operational excellence? We’re looking for a Team Leader – Customer Service to lead and develop a high-performing team supporting an Energy account in a fast-paced, regulated environment.

🔹 What You’ll Be Doing

As a Team Leader, you will be accountable for both people leadership and day-to-day operations, ensuring your team delivers exceptional customer service while meeting performance, compliance, and regulatory standards.

Key Responsibilities Include

  • Providing real-time operational support and handling escalations
  • Managing team attendance, adherence, and performance against KPIs
  • Coaching and developing agents through regular feedback and QE
  • Ensuring compliance with Energy regulations, data privacy, and security requirements
  • Managing customer complaints and regulatory escalations when required
  • Driving change initiatives and continuous improvement within the team
  • Keeping your team engaged, motivated, and aligned to company values

🔹 What We’re Looking For

  • Proven experience as a Team Leader or Supervisor in Customer Service or Contact Centre operations
  • Strong coaching, performance management, and people leadership skills
  • Experience in Energy, Utilities, or another regulated industry (preferred)
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a high-volume environment
  • Strong communication, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills
  • Customer-first mindset with a focus on quality and compliance
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office Programs (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
