Your Role

As a Talent Sourcer, you will support the recruitment team across multiple industries by managing front-end recruitment activities, proactive sourcing, outreach, screening, and pipeline development.

Specifically, You Will

• Source candidates across specialized industries, including Data Center Operations, Telecom Infrastructure, Construction Management, Engineering disciplines, Manufacturing/Production roles, HR/Payroll, and Technical/Skilled Trades.
• Use Boolean search, market mapping, and advanced sourcing techniques to identify qualified talent.
• Review resumes and applications to evaluate skills, certifications, and experience relevant to technical and operational roles.
• Conduct initial outreach via phone, email, SMS, and LinkedIn messaging, and perform preliminary screening interviews to assess qualifications.
• Log every candidate touchpoint, activity, and update inside the ATS/CRM with 100% accuracy in real time to maintain workflow visibility.
• Build and maintain robust talent pipelines for recurring, high-priority, and hard-to-fill roles.
• Schedule interviews and coordinate timely communication between candidates, recruiters, and hiring managers.
• Track sourcing activity, provide daily/weekly updates to the recruitment team, and maintain a positive candidate experience throughout the early stages of the hiring process.
  
  

What You Need

Non-negotiables

• 0–2 years of experience in recruitment, sourcing, customer service, sales, or administrative roles.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills paired with exceptional interpersonal abilities.
• Excellent organizational capabilities, time-management abilities, and strong attention to detail and follow-through.
• Comfort working with recruitment platforms, ATS systems, and LinkedIn.
• Ability to effectively manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, metrics-driven environment.
  
  

Preferred Skills/expertise

• Candidates who come equipped with their own sourcing tools, Chrome extensions, databases, or proven methods for generating candidate pipelines without relying solely on employer-provided tools are strongly preferred.
• Experience sourcing specifically for manufacturing, engineering, construction, telecom, data center, or technical roles.
• Proven experience using LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed, or similar sourcing platforms, including knowledge of Boolean search and advanced sourcing techniques.
• Bachelor's degree preferred but not required.
• Strong research and market-mapping skills.
