Your Role

As a Talent Acquisition Officer (Healthcare), you will build strong pipelines for healthcare roles using LinkedIn Recruiter, JobStreet, and other sourcing channels while driving team performance.

You Will

Execute sourcing strategies for healthcare talent (e.g., medical coders, nurses, clinical roles)

Maximize LinkedIn Recruiter, JobStreet, and other sourcing platforms

Monitor pipeline health, conversion rates, and sourcing ROI

Lead and coach Sourcing Specialists to meet delivery targets

Ensure quality pre-screening and a strong candidate experience

Partner with Recruitment Leaders on hiring needs and market insights

Track and report sourcing performance metrics

Non-negotiables

What You Need:

Bachelors degree

Proven Experience In Recruitment Sourcing (healthcare Or RPO Preferred)

Strong expertise in LinkedIn Recruiter and JobStreet

Excellent English communication skills

Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and reporting

Preferred

Experience sourcing clinical or healthcare roles

Knowledge of Boolean search and talent mapping

Leadership or mentoring experience

Familiarity with ATS and analytics tools
